These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you as the client and Paul Nuttall as the coach. By booking a session or engaging in my services, you agree to these terms. My goal is to ensure a professional and stable environment where our work can be as effective as possible.

The Nature of Our Work

It is important to understand the scope of the support I provide.

Coaching and Integration: My services consist of life coaching, psychedelic integration support, and personal development. This work is designed to help you gain clarity and find grounding in your daily life.

Not a Substitute for Therapy: I am not a licensed psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical doctor. Our sessions are not a substitute for clinical mental health treatment or medical advice.

Harm Reduction: In the context of psychedelic integration, I provide a safe space for preparation and meaning making. I do not provide, recommend, or facilitate the use of illegal substances.

Scheduling and Cancellations

I value your time and I ask that you value mine. Consistent attendance is a key part of finding your feet.

The 24 Hour Policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, I require at least 24 hours of notice.

Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours of notice will be charged at the full rate. This policy ensures that the space remains available for those who need it.

Late Arrivals: If you are late for a session, we will still end at the scheduled time to remain respectful of the next client.

Payments and Refunds

Clear financial boundaries allow us to focus entirely on the work during our sessions.

Payment Terms: Payment for individual sessions or packages is required in advance or at the time of booking unless we have made a specific alternative arrangement.

Refunds: I do not offer refunds for sessions that have already taken place. If you have purchased a multi session package and wish to discontinue, we will discuss a fair resolution for any remaining, unused sessions.

Professional Boundaries

To maintain a healthy and effective coaching environment, we adhere to the following:

Messaging Support: Certain coaching packages include one on one messaging support between our scheduled sessions. This is intended to help you navigate real time challenges and provide practical grounding as you move through your week.

Scope of Messaging: Messaging support is a space for brief check ins and integration. While I aim to respond within my regular business hours, this is not an instant chat or crisis service. Deep processing and intensive trauma work are reserved for our scheduled private sessions.

Package Specific Access: Access to messaging support is determined by the specific package you have selected. If your current package does not include this feature, we can discuss upgrading your support level at any time.

Communication Outside of Sessions: For clients whose packages do not include messaging support, communication between sessions should be limited to logistical matters such as scheduling and billing.

Termination of Services: You have the right to end our coaching relationship at any time. I also reserve the right to end our work together if I feel that your needs would be better served by a different professional or if these terms are violated.

Liability

You remain responsible for your own life choices and well being. Paul Nuttall is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from the coaching relationship or the information provided on this website. You acknowledge that any changes you make in your life or career as a result of our work are made entirely at your own discretion.

Updates to These Terms

I may update these Terms and Conditions as my practice evolves. Any changes will be posted here and will apply to all sessions booked after the date of the update.
