1. Introduction

Welcome to paulnuttall.co ("the Website"), operated by Paul Nuttall. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which together with the Privacy Policy govern our relationship in relation to the Website.

2. Bookings, payments and cancellations

Sessions (including Talk It Through calls, private breathwork sessions and one-to-one coaching) are booked through the booking forms on the Website. The fee for a paid session, if any, and the cancellation and rescheduling terms are shown on the booking page at the time you book. By completing a booking you agree to those terms.

3. Wellbeing, not medical care

The coaching and breathwork I offer are complementary wellbeing practices. They are not medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment, and nothing on the Website is a substitute for advice from a doctor or other qualified professional. If you are under medical or mental-health care, speak to your provider before booking. Breathwork can bring up strong physical and emotional responses; you take part at your own discretion, and you can stop at any time. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.

4. Intellectual property rights

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, I and/or my licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website. You are granted a limited licence only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.

5. Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from all of the following:

• Publishing any Website material in any other media;
• Selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercialising any Website material;
• Publicly performing and/or showing any Website material;
• Using this Website in any way that is or may be damaging to this Website;
• Using this Website in any way that impacts user access to this Website;

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for the resolution of any disputes.
