Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Paul Nuttall ("I", "me") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit paulnuttall.co ("the Site") or book a session through it.

Personal information I collect

Information you give me. When you fill in a booking form, the contact form, or the email sign-up on the Site, I collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your answers to any questions on the form (for example, what you'd like to get out of a session). If you book a paid session, payment is handled by my payment provider; I never see or store your full card details.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, I automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. As you browse, I also collect information about the pages you view, the websites or search terms that referred you to the Site, and how you interact with the Site.

How I use your personal information

I use the information I collect to:

• Arrange and prepare the sessions you book, and contact you about them;
• Take payments for paid sessions through my payment provider;
• Reply to messages you send me;
• Send you what you asked for, such as the Six Steps to Forgiveness emails, and where you've agreed to it, occasional updates about my work. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe;
• Keep the Site working and safe, and meet my legal obligations.

Sharing your personal information

I share your personal information with the service providers that help me run the Site: the scheduling and payment providers behind the booking forms, and the service that delivers my emails. They process your information only to provide those services.

I may also share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information I receive, or to otherwise protect my rights.

I never sell your personal information.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, you have the right to access the personal information I hold about you, and to ask that it be corrected, updated, deleted, or restricted. You can object to how I use it, ask for a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time for anything you previously consented to.

To exercise any of these rights, contact me using the details below. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator.

Data retention

I keep booking and session records for as long as needed for my records and to meet legal obligations. If you've joined my email list, I keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. When you ask me to delete your information, I will, unless I'm required to keep it by law.

Changes

I may update this privacy policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes to my practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
