You didn't deserve what happened to you.
But it's been affecting you more than you know.
There's someone, or some moment, still running more of your life than you'd like to admit. Maybe you know exactly who it is. Maybe you don't, but you feel it anyway, in how you react, how you brace, how you hold back.
You don't have to do anything with this yet. A few things worth noticing this week:
- Notice before you name. If a person or moment comes to mind, let it. If nothing comes, that's fine too, just notice the feeling itself.
- Notice where it shows up. Catch one moment you brace, snap, or go quiet, and ask what it might be connected to.
- Don't rush clarity. This isn't about forcing a resolution. It's about seeing a little more clearly, at whatever pace that happens.
Naming it is one thing. Actually putting it down is another, and that part isn't really meant to happen alone.
This is what Path One is built to meet.
