    Path One

    The Group Container

This is where the work begins for almost everyone. Six weeks. Six people, plus me. Includes 3 1:1 sessions and 6 group calls. A structured return through the three stages: finding what's running you, forgiving what broke you, and choosing who you become.

    Why Group, Why First

Doing this work alongside other people isn't a lesser version of 1:1, it's a different kind of medicine entirely. Most people arrive here having never been witnessed by anyone outside a paid professional. Sitting in a room with five other people doing the same work, and seeing you are not uniquely broken, is something individual work alone can't replicate.

Path One is also where the deeper layers of this work get earned. What Path Two opens, self-forgiveness, the God layer, the layer that traces back to the origin of it all, isn't safe to open with someone who hasn't first shown, across six weeks, that they can stay in the process when it gets hard.

    The Six Weeks

Weeks 1–2: Find What's Running You

Building the capacity to see the patterns operating underneath conscious awareness, without judgment. This is where you name, out loud, often for the first time, what you've been carrying quietly for years.

Weeks 3–4: Forgive What Broke You

The center of the work. Acknowledge, express, be witnessed, forgive, release, applied to specific people and specific moments. This is where the first layer of forgiveness opens, and the early edge of the second: the people who caused the harm, and the people who failed to see it happen.

Week 5: Choose Who You Become

As the charge from weeks 3–4 begins to clear, the work shifts. Not reaction, not avoidance. Real choice, made from the person you actually are underneath the chain.

    Week 6: Integration

Closing the container. Naming what has shifted. For those who want to go further, this is where Path Two becomes a real question, not a pitch.

    Pricing

This work is priced to be genuinely accessible, not a discounted version of something deeper.

    Standard Seat:$750
    Supporter Seat:$1,200

    How the Supporter Seat works

Choosing a Supporter Seat costs more, but not because you're getting more. Every seat in Path One gets the exact same container, the same depth, the same attention. The difference goes into a general fund that makes reduced-rate seats possible for people who could not otherwise access this work. If cost is a barrier for you, there's a place to say so on the application. That's not a lesser path in. It's simply a different one, made possible by the people who chose to pay it forward.

    Getting In

Every cohort begins with a two-step intake: a written application, followed by The Screening Call. Neither step is optional. The call is where we look honestly at whether this container is the right fit for you right now, and where you'll hear plainly what six weeks will actually ask of you.
