The IFS Approach
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a powerful, compassionate model that views the mind as a system of "parts."
Some parts protect us. Some parts carry pain. And beneath them all is the **Self**—the calm, compassionate, and clear core of who you truly are.
In our sessions, we don't try to "fix" or "remove" parts of you. Instead, we learn to listen to them. When your protective parts feel seen and safe, they can step back, allowing your true Self to lead.

We often spend our lives trying to outrun our pain, managing our symptoms rather than addressing the root cause. Reconnection Coaching is about finally stopping.

Q. How many sessions do I need?
This is a journey, not a quick fix. Most clients find that a minimum of 3-6 months allows for real, lasting integration. We typically meet every two weeks.
Q. Is this the same as therapy?
No. While it can be therapeutic, reconnection coaching is not clinical therapy. We focus on the present-moment experience and the relationship between your Self and your parts.
Q. Do I need to have experience with IFS?
Not at all. I will guide you through the process. All you need is a willingness to be curious and honest with yourself.
