Your breath has always known the path. This session helps you follow it.
Most breathwork sessions follow a fixed format. The same music, the same script, the same journey for everyone in the room.
This is not that.
This is a private, two hour journey built entirely around you. Before we begin we spend time together. You share where you are, what you are carrying, what you are longing for. I listen not just to what you say but to how you say it. The words you choose. The places you hesitate. The things you circle around without quite landing on.
Those words become the guided journey.
During the breathwork I speak directly to the parts of you that need to be heard. Using your own language. Calling to the places inside you that are ready to open. This is not a script written in advance. It is a living, responsive journey shaped entirely by you.
There is nothing generic here. Nothing pre-packaged. Just one person holding space for another with full presence and deep care.
The Opening — 30 minutes
We begin with a conversation. You tell me where you are right now. What is feeling heavy, what is feeling alive, what you are hoping to move through or towards. I ask questions. I listen deeply. By the end of this conversation I have everything I need to guide you home.
The Journey — 60 minutes
You settle into a comfortable position, close your eyes and begin to breathe. The music rises. The guided journey begins. For the next hour your only job is to breathe and allow. I am with you the entire time, present and attentive, speaking to your parts with the words that belong to your story.
The Integration — 30 minutes
After the breathwork we come back together. We sit with what arose. We give it space, meaning and voice. This part of the session is just as important as the breathwork itself. What surfaces during the breath needs to be met with care, not rushed past.
Breathwork is not the same for everyone and no two sessions are identical. What tends to arise is deeply personal.
Some people experience a profound release of emotion that has been held for years. Some find unexpected clarity on something they have been struggling to see. Some feel a deep stillness they have not touched in a long time. Some meet parts of themselves that have been waiting quietly to be acknowledged.
Whatever arises is welcome. Whatever comes up is exactly what needed to come up.
This session is for you if any of these feel true:
You are carrying something you cannot fully put into words.

You do not need any prior breathwork experience. You just need a willingness to show up and breathe.

Your safety is the foundation of this work. The Reconnection Breath Journey uses rhythmic breathing techniques that are powerful and generally very safe. There are however some conditions where this work is not appropriate or requires extra care.
Please do not book this session if you have any of the following:
Pregnancy Epilepsy A pacemaker Uncontrolled high blood pressure or hypertension A history of heart arrhythmia or recent heart attack Severe COPD (stage II or III) Active acute respiratory infections Organ failure, severe critical illness or terminal illness
Please consult your doctor before booking if you have:
Any significant cardiovascular or neurological condition A hernia or any condition affecting your ability to breathe deeply Any other serious underlying health condition you are unsure about
Important safety reminders:
Your session takes place online via Zoom. Please ensure you are lying down in a safe, comfortable space for the duration of the breathwork. Never practice breathwork while driving, in water, or on a full stomach.

No experience is needed at all. The opening conversation means I understand exactly where you are before we begin. I will guide you through everything you need to know before the journey starts.
A quiet space where you will not be disturbed for the full two hours, somewhere comfortable to lie down, a blanket nearby and headphones if possible. Please avoid eating for at least two hours before we begin. If you do need to eat, keep it small and light. A heavy meal before breathwork can make the experience uncomfortable and may prevent you from going as deep as you would like to.
Breathwork is generally very safe and most people can participate without any concerns. Before we begin I will ask you a few simple questions to make sure this is the right session for you at this time. Please read the contraindications section below carefully and consult your healthcare provider if you have any underlying conditions.
Strong emotion during breathwork is not something to be afraid of. It is often the sign that something important is moving. I am with you throughout the entire session and nothing will be left unmet. The integration conversation afterwards is specifically designed to help you land safely with whatever arose.
Absolutely. Many people find that a series of Reconnection Breath Journeys creates a powerful thread of transformation over time. Each session builds on what came before.
